Lavie Tidhar

Lavie Tidhar, born in Israel in 1976, is an Israeli author of science fiction and fantasy. He grew up in a kibbutz and lived, among other places, in Vanuatu, Laos and South Africa. His novels have won the World Fantasy Award, the John W. Campbell Memorial Award and the British Science Fiction Award. He received the World Fantasy Award for “Osama” (2011) and the Campbell Award for “Central Station” (2016). “A Man Lies Dreaming” (2014) received the Jerwood Fiction Uncovered Prize.
