Eva von Redecker

Eva von Redecker (b. 1982) is a philosopher and freelance author. From 2009 to 2019, she worked as a research associate at Humboldt University of Berlin and was a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge and the New School for Social Research in New York. In 2020/21, she held a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship at the University of Verona, where she researched the history of property. In 2023/24, she served as Ruhr Metropolitan Writer. Her work combines critical theory, feminism, and critiques of capitalism. Her books include Revolution für das Leben. Philosophie der neuen Protestformen (2020) and Bleibefreiheit. She grew up on an organic farm.
