Ed Brubaker

Ed Brubaker (born 1966) is an American comics writer and screenwriter. His work for DC and Marvel includes Batman, Detective Comics, Gotham Central, Daredevil, Iron Fist, and Captain America. He co-created the acclaimed series Gotham Central with Greg Rucka and introduced the Winter Soldier in Captain America. His creator-owned crime comics include Criminal, Sleeper, Fatale, Incognito, The Fade Out, Pulp, Velvet, Reckless, and Friday. Brubaker is a multiple Eisner Award winner. He also worked on the television series Westworld and co-created Too Old to Die Young with Nicolas Winding Refn.
