Dorrit Bartel

Dorrit Bartel is a German author who grew up in Schwerin. She wrote novels, short stories, and texts about Africa, which she came to know through extended travels. Alongside her writing, she worked as a secretary, edited other authors’ novels, and served as a writing coach. She also coordinated the activities of the Authors’ Rights Network and was a member of the 42erAutoren.
