Daniel Kofahl

Daniel Kofahl, PhD, is a scholar of food culture. His professional roles include directing the Office for Agricultural Policy and Food Culture (APEK) and serving as spokesperson for the Working Group on Culinary Ethnology of the German Association for Social and Cultural Anthropology. His academic work focuses on cultural approaches to food and the sociology of culinary practices.
