Brigitte Endres

Brigitte Endres was born in Würzburg, Germany, and initially trained as a primary school teacher. She later studied German and history, as well as primary education. While working as a teacher, she began writing for children; her pupils inspired her first children’s book. She went on to publish numerous books for children and young adults with various publishers and worked as a freelance author for broadcasters including Bavarian Radio. Her books have been translated into many languages.
