Brian K Vaughan

Brian K. Vaughan (born in Cleveland in 1976) is a comic book writer and screenwriter. His best-known works include Y: The Last Man, Ex Machina, Saga, Paper Girls, We Stand on Guard and The Pride of Baghdad. For Marvel, he wrote stories featuring Wolverine, Spider-Man and the X-Men, among others, and he created Runaways. Vaughan worked as a writer and producer on the television series Lost and as a writer, producer and showrunner on Under the Dome, adapted from a Stephen King novel. In 2013, he co-founded the digital comics publisher Panel Syndicate with artist Marcos Martín. Vaughan received multiple Eisner, Harvey and Hugo Awards, and many of his comics were adapted for television.
