Bettina Schulte

Bettina Schulte worked as a cultural journalist focusing on theatre, literature and dance. She studied German, Romance languages and literature, philosophy and sociology, and completed a doctorate on Heinrich von Kleist. For more than twenty years, she was a senior editor in the arts and culture section of the Badische Zeitung. She also served on numerous juries, including those for the German Book Prize, the Peter Huchel Prize and the ARD jury for “Radio Play of the Month”. Her book “Neid. Das verschwiegene Gefühl” was published in 2023.
