Patricia Mennen

Patricia Mennen was born in Augsburg and grew up in Riedlingen on the Danube. She studied German, art history and theatre studies and acting in Würzburg and Munich. She then worked for several years as an editor, including at a children’s publishing house, before becoming an author. She published numerous books for children and young adults, including novels, nonfiction books for children and guidebooks. As a child, she developed an early interest in observing people, inventing stories and acting.
