Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin (1706–1790) was an American printer, publisher, writer, naturalist, inventor, and politician. As one of the Founding Fathers of the United States, he was involved, among other things, in drafting the Declaration of Independence. His varied activities made him a prominent figure of the American Enlightenment.
