Ann Quin

Ann Quin (1936–1973) was a British writer associated with avant-garde literature. Born in Brighton, she grew up in a working-class family and began working in publishing at the age of 20. Her debut novel, “Berg,” was published in 1964, followed by three further novels during her lifetime. Quin died in 1973.
