Anja Nioduschewski, born in 1971 in Sondershausen, is a German author and dramaturge. She studied journalism in Leipzig and Edinburgh and was an editor at the journal Theater der Zeit from 2000 to 2001. She subsequently worked as a freelance author and dramaturge. From 2008 to 2013, she was a dramaturge at Centraltheater Leipzig, collaborating among others with Sebastian Baumgarten, Robert Borgmann, Herbert Fritsch, Jürgen Kruse, Armin Petras, and the artist collective SIGNA. Nioduschewski received the 1999 sponsorship award of the Leonce and Lena Prize for poetry and the Pablo Neruda Literature Prize in 2004. In 2010, she edited the volume Katrin Brack. Bühnenbild/Stages.
