Angelika Richter

Angelika Richter (Dr. phil.) is an art historian, curator and author. Her areas of research include cultural gender studies, the art and culture of Eastern Europe—particularly the GDR—and the history of performance and media art. She was a member of the international DFG research network “Action Art Beyond the Iron Curtain” and co-curated the exhibition “Left Performance Histories”.
