Alf Mayer

Alf Mayer (born 1952) is a German freelance journalist. Over the course of his varied career, he worked as a film editor for the media magazine »medium«, director of the German Film Rating Board (FBW), and head copywriter at Manufactum. He also served as managing editor at IG Metall and the advertising trade publication »horizont«. From 1984 onward, he wrote the crime column “Blutige Ernte” for the Frankfurt magazine »strandgut« and provided editorial support for CULTurMAG’s CrimeMag.
