Rezension von Lisathere are many ways to criticize social media and explore its downsides, but to do so at the expense of sexually assaulted women just to feel bad for a misogynistic asshole who was wrongfully accused even though he did his fair share of catcalling and harassment in the past and feels emasculated because his girlfriend is more successful than him - the audacity. gotta say we do not need a book about men committing suicide because women had the courage to come forward, especially not if the message is that men were falsely accused
Rezension von Newa“The internet never forgets until it does” Somehow nothing was happening while everything was happening. Ola and Michaela both felt being so passive after the first shock. The chapters are really long. I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if there were more separate days handling various emotions and storyplots /-lines instead. I was mostly confused by Ola. I couldn’t map or understand how she was handling the situation, hence me feeling she was very passive. Michael also is such a bad partner and I feel like the list is what Ola needed to open her eyes but yet she still decided to marry that man… I feel like the author wanted to touch on many topics at the same time without offending anyone which made the overall writing and storyline messy. None of the characters really made sense to me. It felt like they all were written to serve on plot without them being a fully thought out person. The premise hooked me but lost me very fast as well.
