Rezension von Eileen Dierner Most of this book felt pointless. Too much inner monologue and too less plot. The ending was better than the 500 pages before that. It was a massive drop from the really brilliant first book. I think one of the major problems already began at the end of book 1 with the instant love relationship (Karou's as well as Madrigal's) and thus I just didn't care about the drama in book 2 between Karou and Akiva. I hope book 3 will be more like book 1 again.
