Reviewed by sinniWar sehr schwer erstmal reinzukommen, aber ganz ehrlich finde das Ende ziemlich passend? So viele beschweren sich 😭 Ich hab wirklich nicht viel zu sagen Bin nicht unzufrieden mit der Buchreihe und dem Ende, aber ich konnte auch nie so richtig mitfühlen leider Mochte die Toll sidequest (vorallem Grayson, Morrison, Schwester Astrid und so lol) am liebsten auf jeden Fall Rowans Sachen waren spannend meistens, aber mag ihn nicht Anastasia langweilig und bin froh dass sie und Rowan auch oft getrennt waren der ship ist so ughhhh kann ich irgendwie nicht mitfühlen Munira und Faradays zeug war okay und wichtig für die story aber mag beide nicht RAND IST DIE BESTE IMMER NOCH und joar Goddard ofc NICHT Jeri ist fr nur da für representation und so corny manchmal hasse Jeri aber nicht nur wie ist bitte diese Beziehung zwischen Grayson und Jeri entstanden HALLO? random und mochte ich nicht INSGESAMT WAR DAS BUCH SO IN ORDNUNG IDK Paar Szenen fand ich krass und hab mich über die gefreut (mochte das mit dem Stadion und als Anastasia und so sich mit Grayson treffen am liebsten) aber ja insgesamt nichts revolutionäres

Reviewed by ein toller Abschluss der Trilogie! Der erste Teil ist und bleibt mein Favourit, aber der dritte hat mir noch einen Ticken besser als der zweite gefallen. Obwohl es über 600 Seiten im Englischen sind, habe ich das Buch einfach verschlungen und die Welt um mich herum teilweise beim Lesen vergessen. Was will man mehr?

There is not much else to say. Everyone gets exactly what they deserve, everything makes sense and it's fun af to read. Just read it!
Reviewed by HelenGUYS I DID IT. After years, literal YEARS, I finally finished the series. And let me tell you—what. a. ride. There were so many POVs and plotlines flying around, and somehow they all came together in the end like a beautiful, chaotic, slightly traumatic puzzle. BUT. I’m sad. Like genuinely sad. Because where the hell were Rowan and Citra?! They were just… there. In the background. Occasionally popping up like “hey remember us?” And Rowan, my sweet emotionally-damaged king, deserved SO MUCH MORE. I’m deducting points solely for the injustice done to him. He’s one of the most compelling characters in the whole damn series and they really gave him crumbs. He’s been through HELL and back, gets treated like public enemy #1, and for what?? No closure, no proper spotlight, no nothing. I will never forgive this slander. And don’t even get me started on those 117 YEARS at the end. My heart physically ached. I almost cried. Almost. I’m not okay. And um. Tyger and Rand??? Yeah okay, that ending broke me too. I did NOT sign up for this emotional destruction. Also… I gotta be honest—the constant time jumps and POV switches made things needlessly hard to follow at times. One second I was vibing with a character, the next I was deep inside the AI’s philosophical monologue about humanity, then suddenly I’m in a flashback from 83 years ago?? Like yes, it was smart and well-structured, but also: my brain was tired. That said… this world?? INSANE. Neal Shusterman is a genius. The whole world-building, the plot layers, the moral dilemmas, the technology—chef’s kiss. If you want a dystopian series that actually makes you think (and cry a little), this is it. So yeah. If you’re into morally grey characters, corrupt systems, big questions about life and death, and a complex plot that’ll break your brain and your heart—go read it. You won’t regret it. (Or maybe you will, once you finish book two… good luck with that, besties 😭).
