I have always been a fan of Monica Murphy's works whether it be the Lancaster Prep or The Players Series, I have enjoyed all of em. so when I got to read this book, I jumped right at it and didn't regret it all. I'll Always Be With You takes you to the streets of Paris for one-night adventures or should I say shenanigans of our sweet characters, Weston Fontaine and Carolina Lancaster. This book is all about character development, subtle sweet moments, and a whole lot of brewing chemistry which leads to some very steamy situations. Oh, and did I mention groveling from our dreamy West too? Throughout the book, I can easily make out the beautiful images of Paris's nightlife in my head. Like I have said many times, she is one of those authors who can make their book look like a movie going through one's head and I love every bit of it. Weston Fontaine, an heir to the multi-billion dollars worth champagne company meets with the infamous Carolina Lancaster, a ballerina in the making, in the streets of Paris hoping for a good time. He's smart, confident, maybe a little too cocky but we all love that don't we? But underneath all that bravado we'll get to see a boy who is forced to grow too quickly and a man in the making who is learning to love his love of life the right way. Carolina Lancaster, another one of the infamous Lancasters conveys an air of mystery and nonchalance, but behind that mask is just a girl who has never been shown what love looks like. It's beautiful to see far she comes from being a cold-hearted ballerina to a compassionate woman who chooses love for once in her life. Other than coming of age, loss, betrayal, and second chances now comes my favorite part. There are enough steamy scenes that would leave you all hot and bothered. Monica writes some very amazing scenes with scorching heat and sizzling hot chemistry. The level of chemistry between the characters was *chef's kiss* perfect. I loved every bit of it! 🔥 This book explores: - Contemporary Romance, - Enemies to Lovers (kind of), - Prep School, - He falls first, - Second Chance Romance, - Happily Ever After.
