Xenia Winterwoods

Xenia Winterwoods was born in Kazakhstan in 1989. After earning a bachelor’s degree in media production, she studied film directing at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb), one of twelve students admitted to the program. She then worked for five years in the editorial department of a digital agency and became a freelance editor in 2021. Her debut novel is »Im Spiegel starb ihr Herz«. Her cats are named Lizzy and Gatsby, after characters from classic works.
