Wolfgang Kubicki (born 1952) is an economist and lawyer. He joined the Free Democratic Party (FDP) in 1971 and was a member of the German Bundestag from 1990 to 1992, in 2002, and from 2017 to 2025. From 1992 to 2017, he served in the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament, where he was chairman of the FDP parliamentary group for much of that time. He led the FDP in Schleswig-Holstein from 1989 to 1993. He stood as the Liberals’ lead candidate in seven state elections. In 2017, he was elected Vice President of the German Bundestag.
