Wolfgang Korn

Wolfgang Korn (born 1958) is a German author and science journalist. He studied history and political science and has published nonfiction and books for young readers on archaeological, historical, and social topics. His notable works include *The World Tour of a Fleece Vest*, *The Mystery of the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest*, *Karl Marx: A Radical Thinker*, and *Run for Your Life! The World Tour of Sneakers*. In 2009, he and illustrator Klaus Ensikat received the German Youth Literature Prize for *The Mystery of the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest*. Korn also received the Heinrich Wolgast Prize for *Run for Your Life!*. *The World Tour of a Fleece Vest* was translated into ten languages and named Science Book of the Year in Austria.
