Will Guidara

Will Guidara was a co-owner of the Michelin-starred restaurants Eleven Madison Park and NoMad. He studied at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and attended culinary school in Spain. His professional experience included the Tribeca Grill, Spago, and Tabla. He later opened the restaurants at the Museum of Modern Art before becoming general manager of Eleven Madison Park in 2006.
