Waltraud Schwab

Waltraud Schwab studied theatre studies, sociology and American studies, as well as “Fine Arts and Critical Studies”. She initially worked as a DAAD lecturer in London and later in adult education in Berlin. As a journalist, she wrote for publications including the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and the Frankfurter Rundschau, and became an editor at the taz in 2002. She received several journalism awards for her work. She later published her first novel.
