Vincent Message was born in Paris in 1983. The French author has published, among other works, the novels »Les Veilleurs«, »Défaite des maîtres et possesseurs«, and »Ein Moment der Unachtsamkeit«. His first two novels received several awards. Message has also taught literary studies at Paris VIII University and spent extended periods in Berlin and New York.
