Veronika Siska

Veronika Siska (born 1976) grew up bilingual in Munich. She studied French language and culture at the Sorbonne University in Paris, followed by modern German literature and Slavic studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and Charles University in Prague. She worked for many years on the editorial staff of the Biographical Lexicon of the History of the Bohemian Lands. From 2000 onward, she worked as a freelance translator and editor.
