Vefa Alexiadou

Vefa Alexiadou published thirteen cookbooks in Greece and worked as an author, journalist, and television cook. She wrote articles for various magazines, had her own television series, and gave lectures and demonstrations on Greek recipes. She also served on the board of the Centre for the Preservation of Traditional Greek Gastronomy.
