Uta Lohmann

Uta Lohmann studied Jewish Studies and German Literature in Freiburg, Jerusalem, and Berlin. In 2011, she completed a dissertation on David Friedländer’s reform policy in the context of the Enlightenment and the emancipation of Jews in Prussia. She published numerous works on the Haskalah and contributed to the editorial work on the series “Jüdische Bildungsgeschichte in Deutschland” (Waxmann, Münster and elsewhere).
