Ulrich Deinet

Ulrich Deinet, Dr. rer. soc., was Professor of Didactics and Methods in Social Pedagogy at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences until 2021. He was co-editor of the online journal sozialraum.de and co-leader of the ISPE institute. He also worked as a freelance researcher in childhood and youth studies, seminar leader, consultant, and lecturer. His areas of focus include cooperation between youth welfare services and schools, school social work, all-day education, open work with children and young people, community-oriented practice, and the development of concepts and quality standards.
