Christian Reutlinger

Christian Reutlinger, born in 1971, is a social geographer and educational scientist specializing in social pedagogy. He headed the Institute for Social Work and Spaces at OST – Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences and took up a professorship in urban studies and health at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland in 2023. His research has focused on socio-spatial housing studies, neighborhoods and communities, public spaces, and the social geographies of children and young people.
