Udo Richard

Udo Richard was born in 1966 in Halle, Westphalia. He studied German at the universities of Bamberg and Columbia, South Carolina, focusing on literary studies and the communication of literature. He subsequently worked for several years as an editor at a major children’s book publisher. In mid-1999, he began writing and translating children’s books.
