Sabine Kraushaar

Sabine Kraushaar was born in Maastricht, the Netherlands, in 1972. She studied visual communication and graphic design at the local art academy. After graduating, she worked as an illustrator and specialized in children’s books. An internship with an illustrators’ collective sparked her interest in this field. Her first illustrations appeared in publications by the schoolbook publisher Malmberg, and her first children’s book was published in 1996. She has illustrated numerous children’s books for various publishers.
