He is best known for “The Power of Geography,” published by dtv in 2015 and translated into 30 languages. His other books include “The Future of Geography” and “The Power of Geography: Ten Maps That Reveal the Future of Our World” — published in German as “Die Macht der Geographie im 21. Jahrhundert” (2020) and “Die Geografie der Zukunft” (2023) — which also became international bestsellers.
