Thomas Enger (born 1973) studied journalism, sports and history and worked for an online editorial department. He was also involved in various musical productions. His thriller debut, *Sterblich*, was followed by four further cases featuring investigator Henning Juul. Together with Jørn Lier Horst, he co-wrote the crime series featuring Alexander Blix and Emma Ramm. *Wer heute lügt, ist morgen tot* was his first young adult novel.
