Thomas Biller

Thomas Biller (Dr. Dr.-Ing.) is an architectural and art historian. He has published extensively on the architectural history of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance in Central Europe and the Mediterranean region, often in collaboration with heritage-preservation institutions. His research has focused on castles, town fortifications, early fortress construction in the 15th and 16th centuries, and other forms of secular architecture.
