Thomas Bertram

Thomas Bertram, born in 1954 in Gelsenkirchen, studied history and philosophy at Ruhr University Bochum. He worked as an editor, translator, author and publisher. Among his publications is “111 Gründe, den FC Schalke 04 zu lieben” (“111 Reasons to Love FC Schalke 04”). His particular passion for the club began when his father first took him to the stadium at the age of twelve.
