Theo Scherling

Theo Scherling studied at the Munich Academy of Fine Arts and subsequently worked as an art educator and painter. For many years, he worked for Langenscheidt Verlag and also wrote texts for Ernst Klett Sprachen and other international publishers. Through teaching assignments, seminars, and workshops, he explored the subject of “the language of images.” Even as a text author, the role of visual elements in educational materials remained an important focus of his work.
