Tatjana Tibuleac

Tatiana Țîbuleac was born in 1978 in Chișinău, in what is now the Republic of Moldova. She studied journalism and communication and worked as a journalist for television and magazines, as well as for UNICEF. As a writer, she published the novels The Summer My Mother Had Green Eyes and The Glass Garden. Her debut novel received numerous awards, and The Glass Garden won the European Union Prize for Literature in 2019.
