Susanne Walter

Susanne Walter comes from Baden-Württemberg and trained as a chef under Jean-Claude Bourgueil at the Düsseldorf restaurant Im Schiffchen. She subsequently gained international experience in gastronomy in Belgium. After returning to Germany, she worked with Eckart Witzigmann and founded a catering company. She also worked as a food stylist and as a recipe and cookbook author.
