Susanne Luther

Susanne Luther, born in 1979, is a German Protestant theologian. From 2009, she worked as a research associate at the New Testament Seminar of Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. She received her doctorate in theology in 2012 and completed her habilitation in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, she was Assistant Professor of New Testament and Early Christian Studies at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. In 2020, she was appointed Professor of New Testament at Georg-August University Göttingen.
