Sun-Mi Hwang

Sun-Mi Hwang published numerous books and worked as a professor of literature. She received several awards. Her international breakthrough came with the novel *The Hen Who Dreamed She Could Fly*, which was translated into 19 languages, remained on Korea’s bestseller list for ten years, and was adapted into an animated film. Her novel *The Dog Who Dared to Dream* was also published by Kein & Aber.
