Stefano Massini was born in Florence in 1975. He is an Italian novelist, essayist and playwright. Among his best-known works is the internationally successful stage adaptation of “Lehman Brothers,” which has been translated into numerous languages and performed worldwide. The novel “Die Lehman Brothers,” based on the play, received the Premio Super Mondello, the Prix Médicis Essai and the Prix Meilleur Livre Étranger.
