Stefan Schmid

Stefan Schmid is a qualified psychologist. He studied in Regensburg and London and completed his doctorate at the University of Hildesheim. His professional experience includes work as an organizational consultant, coach and trainer for businesses, public authorities and nonprofit organizations, as well as teaching inter-cultural and business psychology as a professor at FOM University in Munich. He also worked as a teaching coach and certified senior coach with the Association of German Psychologists. Schmid is a co-founder of EmicLab, an intercultural consultancy in Warsaw, and was involved in the TAFF initiative, which provides therapeutic services for refugees.
