Sebastian Smee

Born and raised in Australia, Sebastian Smee is an Australian art critic and author. He received the Pulitzer Prize in 2011. His publications on the painter Lucian Freud include Lucian Freud in the Studio (2006) and Freud (2015). His writing has appeared in The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, and The Spectator; he has also worked as an art critic for The Boston Globe and The Washington Post.
