Scott Snyder

Scott Snyder (born 1976) is an American comics writer. After publishing short fiction and entering the comics industry with “Marvel Noir: Iron Man,” he co-wrote the first volumes of the horror series “American Vampire” with Stephen King in 2010 and later continued it as its sole writer. Beginning in 2011, Snyder shaped the relaunched “Batman” series and wrote further Batman projects including “Batman Eternal,” “All-Star Batman,” “Batman Metal,” and “Batman: Death Metal.” His other works include “Swamp Thing,” “Superman Unchained,” “The Wake,” “Wytches,” “Undiscovered Country,” and “Nocterra.” Snyder has received the Eisner, Harvey, and Eagle Awards.
