Sarah Nemitz

Sarah Nemitz (born 1964) initially studied dance at the Institute for Stage Dance in Cologne, followed by German studies, philosophy and art history, before turning to acting. She was engaged at the Rheinisches Landestheater in Neuss, the Theater der Landeshauptstadt Magdeburg and Theater Bielefeld, and also appeared in film productions. From 2001 onward, she co-wrote numerous plays and screenplays with Lutz Hübner. Their joint works include “Frau Müller muss weg” (2010; filmed in 2015), “Die Firma dankt” (2011; filmed in 2017), “Abend über Potsdam” (2017), “Furor” (2018) and “Die Wahrheiten” (2020).
