Sabina Radeva

Sabina Radeva is a graphic designer and illustrator. In 2008, she earned a master’s degree in molecular biology at the Max Planck Institute in Göttingen, but left science in 2009 to study illustration. Her illustrated retelling of Charles Darwin’s “On the Origin of Species” was published in German in 2019 by Hanser under the title “Darwins Entstehung der Arten” and has been translated into 32 languages. The book was nominated for the 2020 German Children’s and Young Adult Literature Prize. Her interactive book “Evolution” followed in 2021.
