Saba Sams

Saba Sams, born in 1996 in Brighton, is a British writer. Her work has appeared in literary magazines including Granta, The Stinging Fly and Five Dials. Her short-story collection Send Nudes won the BBC National Short Story Award and the Edge Hill Short Story Prize in 2022. In 2023, Granta included Sams in its anthology Best of Young British Novelists. Wir sind das Leben marked her debut as a novelist.
