Romina Nikolić was born in Suhl in 1985 and studied literary studies and philosophy. She worked as a project manager, literary scholar, translator, and editor. Her literary work focuses primarily on poetry. Among other distinctions, she received prizes from the Young Literature Forum of Hesse-Thuringia in 2009 and 2011, the Walter Dexel Scholarship from the City of Jena in 2012, and a work scholarship from the Thuringian Ministry of Education, Science and Culture in 2013. Her self-published works include “hemma” (2010) and, as editor, “Dem Meister des langen Atems” (2016), “Radiance” (2017), and “Ravage” (2019).
