Anja Riester

Anja Riester began writing poetry and prose at the age of 13. In 2008, she won the Baden-Württemberg state competition for German language and literature. She was awarded at the Treffen Junger Autoren of the Berliner Festspiele in 2009 and 2011. Her poems appeared in the Berliner Festspiele anthologies »schräg gegens licht« (2009) and »Hundert Herzschläge Freigepäck« (2011).
