Rolf Kalb

Rolf Kalb, born in 1959 in Doveren near Hückelhoven, is a German sports journalist and commentator. He studied computer science and mathematics and worked as press spokesperson for the German Billiards Union. He subsequently worked for WDR and ZDF, and from 1989 for Eurosport, primarily as a commentator covering billiards and snooker. His sporting interests also include rowing and ballroom dancing. At the German Masters, he also served as master of ceremonies, which brought him wider recognition on camera.
